The Western Haynesville has emerged as one of the most talked-about gas plays in recent years. Early well results are eye-popping (~3.0 Bcf/1000 cumulative production in less than 3 years!), but uncertainty remains on EURs, D&C costs, spacing, and long-term economics. In this presentation Rob Quigley and Brian Moore with VSO Petroleum Consultants will walk us through the geology, well performance, and economics to frame the “goalposts” for the potential outcomes in the "Waynesville" as they understand it in these early innings.
Speakers:
Rob Quigley is a Managing Director at VSO and Head of the Dallas Office. He provides petroleum engineering consulting services to clients. Rob has extensive evaluation experience in every major basin in the Lower 48 and Gulf of Mexico providing both reserves reports and technical due diligence to E&P and financial firms.
